Gift Vouher Policy

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards may be redeemed for all treatments and retail products, excluding membership plans unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption and advised at the time of booking.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift cards will not be replaced.
If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be used within the validity period.
Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer, or loyalty reward unless otherwise specified.
Standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking value.
