Appointment Policy

• Booking

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

• Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time so we can stay on schedule for other clients.

• Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. The full treatment price will still apply.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients.

• No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up without notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost or may be required to prepay for future bookings.

• Health Conditions

Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can provide a safe and appropriate service.

• Respectful Environment

Sense ForRest Thai Massage maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment and refusal of future service.

• Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented before payment.
