No cancellations or changes allowed within 4hours of the appointment.
1. A 25% non- refundable deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the appointment date. Your booking is not secure until confirmation has been sent.
2. If you are not able to attend your appointment or need to reschedule please PHONE 0278974598 BEFORE 4 HOURS (voicemail, email, text & Facebook are NOT suitable for reschedule/ cancellation).
3. A 25% deposit will be transferable & applied to a future booking within 1 month of the original appointment date if you give us 4hours notice.
4. All no-show clients & late cancellations WITHIN 4 hours of the appointment will result in a loss of 25% deposit. Late cancellations within 24 hour period or no show will incur a 25% of the appointment booked, will be added to your next visit.
5. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your session maybe voided and a no-show fee will apply- unless we have sufficient time to extend the session or the remaining time allow for a shorter treatment.
